There are rumors about AFU reaching multiple locations along the right bank of Oskil river, Sen'kove is one of them. I have seen no evidence of this, I will consider this a rumor at this point.

GSUA reported RuAF are trying to evacuate wounded to Borodoyars'ke which would indicate there are still Russians in or close to Balakliya. I believe they are very close to being enriched.

Balakliya – Kup'yans'k
Added Chkalovs'ke to liberated based on photo. The AFU has reached Kup'yans'k, confirmed by photo. Reports state the AFU are trying to enter the city.
Kup'yans'k will most likely be where the RuAF try to halt the AFU offensive.

Fires are visible in the area north of Shevchenkove; this may indicate further advancement by the AFU to the north. There are also fires directly east of Balakliya; it seems possible the AFU are advancing south in this area.

The AFU repulsed 4 attacks north of Kharkiv. This is unusual, this might be a reaction to the AFU offensive south of the city. Locations: Udy, Kostyantynivka, Prudyanka and Rus'ki Tyshky
