Mayor: Russian forces continue shelling Kharkiv. According to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, a residential area in Kharkiv’s Kyivskyi district was shelled twice overnight on Sept. 4. Casualties and damages are still being clarified, Terekhov said.
