Actually I deleted my first response. I do not think there is enough evidence of the Russian claims to change anything at this point. Vuhlehirsʹka is not under RU control as it is still being shelled by RU. Wagner posted a photo of them being on the SW outskirts of Novoluhanske.

Russian forces attack Berestove, suffer losses
