That is what I thought at first, but when looking at it again, I saw this close by. I have no idea if it is related, but it has double fences. Looks military to me.
You don't need these to protect troops from the kind of aerial threats they're encountering – MANPADS are fine. These need to be used to knock down the cruise missiles hitting Ukrainian cities.

In Chernobaevka, Suburb of Kherson, shelling at this moment. The air defense of Russians also works. Their was a sound of incoming shells or of a detonation ammunition.

Hi there, nice train you've got. Got fuel in those? If you look closely you can see smoke just behind the train carts, possibly a UA miss. below. Location: Roven'ky, 48.0923, 39.3619

The latest $820 US military assistance package for Ukraine has been announced… It includes TWO "NASAMS" mid-to-long range advanced air defence systems…
What surprises me even more is that they also managed to miss with a couple of bombs.
Richard's mother Elizabeth told the BBC: "We can see in the recent conflict in #Ukraine a calculated, sadistic cruelty that has to do with evil and is the opposite of all that Richard innately stood for: courage, camaraderie, love, optimism and hope" https://
