This does not look like some big assault to me. It looks like a recon/probing mission with just a few vehicles. I think it's very possible UA artillery drove them out. But it is something to keep an eye on, RU forces seems to control most of the town.

A couple of things about Toshkivka. It was claimed to be captured by RU , But then @serhey_hayday informed about initial success for RU, but later driven away by UA artillery. I have 2 videos showing the situation in the town. The town is located a bit south of Sevevrodonetsk
