Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukrainian intel, has been appointed head of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, @DI_Ukraine reported, following a government resolution issued on May 28. The HQ was formed on March 11 in response to growing number of PoWs.
