Few people outside of Ukraine realize how our defenders endure the constant freezing temperatures of -20°C outdoors.
Due to unfavorable weather conditions, 161 settlements in Kyiv Oblast, 48 in Zakarpattia Oblast, 36 in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and 15 in Chernihiv Oblast have been left without power. Repair crews from the regional power company are working to restore the damaged lines.
