Ukraine’s deputy Defence Minister says rescue mission at Azovstal is underway. She says 53 injured troops were evacuated to Novoazovsk, 211 persons were taken to Olenivka. Both locations are in Russia-controlled territoties of “DPR”. Malyar claims there will be a prisoner swap.

Hanna Maliar, Deputy Defence Minister of Ukraine, confirms that 53 wounded service members from Azovstal were evacuated to the Novoazovsk hospital on the territory of the self-proclaimed DPR.

211 people evacuated to occupied Olenivka
Another 211 people were evacuated through a humanitarian corridor to the occupied Olenivka (Donetsk Oblast). It is planned to return service members to Ukraine-controlled territory following the exchange procedure.
