The Ukrainian Security Service has displayed fragments of the Oreshnik missile that Russia employed in its attack on the Lviv region. Among the recovered parts are: a stabilization and guidance unit (the missile's 'brain'); spare engine components; and additional fragments.

They "strike military targets only" so much that they deliberately waited for the peak of winter frost and abnormally severe weather to bring down heating and electricity in Kyiv, Dnipro, and Zaporizhia — before that in Odesa, and now they’ve also tried to destroy gas.

Serhii Smoliak, a 56-year-old medic, was killed by Russia in Kyiv last night.

Russia launched a second attack on the same building just as medics arrived to help the victims of the first attack.
