Ukrainians slow rail speed to 50km/h due to war damage, increasing travel time.
That may only be in normal times (I've travelled that route). The Ukrainians have reportedly slowed the maximum line speed down to just 50km/h to minimise the risk from derailment due to war damage (see link below) – so I should think it probably took quite a bit longer.
