Bombing near Kramatorsk railway during civilian evacuation, no casualties
Tonight the railway line outside Kramatorsk, Ukraine was bombed while evacuating civilians. Thankfully nobody was killed, but trains may not run tomorrow. We @WCKitchen were there as over 8,000 left today, many women & children. Seniors & people with disabilities are prioritized.

Belarusian units damaged, need time for repair and consolidation
I'd guess the 1/3 in Belarus are the ones too badly damaged to be able to move to the east. They'll be repairing, refreshing, regenerating and attempting to consolidate broken units into new formations. That will take time (weeks, not days).

Capture is top priority, temporary replacement possible later
That's not the top priority. They can build a temporary replacement once they've captured it. Right now, the top priority is capturing it. Making it unusable for the Ukrainians will likely help with that.
