Kharkiv Oblast governor: Mayor of Balakliia fled to Russia. Oleh Synehubov told ICTV that Balakliia Mayor Ivan Stolbovyi had fled to Russia with his family. Synehubov said the mayor is under investigation. He earlier accused Stolbovyi of collaborating with the Russian forces.
