UN: Over 4 million refugees have fled Ukraine since Feb. 24
UN: More than 4 million people have fled Ukraine since Feb. 24. According to the recent figures from the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees office, 4.01 million people have fled Ukraine since Russia began its all-out war. Over 2.3 million of those have entered Poland.

Russian assertion: Tochka SRBM shot near Ukrainian forces
No confirmation, but Russian media claimed it resulted from shelling. It is very close to where Ukrainian forces actually are, and several Ukrainian sources claim it was a Tochka SRBM fired by the 19th Missile Brigade.
