Belarusian units may join Ukraine fighting
It is still possible that certain Belarusian units will take part in Russian hostilities against Ukraine. Russia is intensively using Belarusian territory and infrastructure to provide logistical support for operations in the northern direction, according to the General Staff of Ukraine at 12:00 EET.

US citizen allegedly killed by Russian forces’ artillery fire in Chernihiv downtown on March 17. Chernihiv Oblast Police reported that the Russian forces again targeted civilians in Chernihiv, a regional capital in northern Ukraine. The total number of casualties is unknown.
