The Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense has obtained a list of servicemen from the 78th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces (military unit 11384) based in Budyonnovsk, who are involved in committing war crimes against Ukraine’s civilian population.
