Midnight update: safe in Kyiv, mobilization required
Midnight update. We are safe. Most of people who were leaving Kyiv yesterday are safe. Some still en route. I went to local military hdqrts. Everyone must register. I was put on reserve. Busses were leaving every 5 mins. Russia cannot match this unless it declares mobilization.
