Mobilization in occupied cities is going to happen. It is a question of time, not when. It really sucks. What Russia shows is that it hits harder the Russian-speaking regions of Ukraine – East and South – and then mobilizes those who have stayed. Despicable. 16X

There is indirect evidence that conscription is real. There are statements of that people from occupied territories can join Russian militarily "voluntarily". And that no conscripted person will be forced to serve on the battlefield. It is likely a lie 8/
