EU sanctions 14 individuals and entities for destabilization and disinformation
At today's meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels, sanctions were imposed on twelve individuals and two organizations linked to Russia's destabilization and disinformation activities. Among them are Frenchman Xavier Moreau and American-Russian John Mark Dugan.
