My friend Christian asked if he could adopt her So we brought Olenka to Kramatorsk—and then on the restarted train to Kyiv (thanks @AKamyshin
!). My friends who ran the veterinary clinic in Kharkiv had set up a new location in Kyiv, so they gave Olenka medicine and shots. 3/5 -

First met Olenka in liberated Sviatohirsk while delivering pet food
I first met Olenka in the city of Sviatohirsk after it was liberated by Ukrainian forces. Sviatohirsk was occupied for months & heavily bombed by Russia. Our Hachiko team began delivering pet food to people taking care of displaced dogs & cats here. Olenka was tiny & scared.2/5
