As expected, Putin’s public preconditions accepting a ceasefire, and stalling for time as AFU positions collapse in Kursk. He focuses on AFU withdrawing from Kursk, LOC monitoring, and no mobilization or west rearming Ukraine. (Russia is rearming, regenerating,receiving weapons)
