Hundreds of Russian missiles hit Ukraine today, as in the opening days of this war, causing death, terror, and suffering. It’s punitive voltage from a frustrated force with an angry commander and commander in chief. (3/3)
Full-scale invasion and national resilience, broadcasted live.

PGM theory advanced but force lacks VLS, CEP, ISR support
Their PGM use theory is well developed. Their force cannot support it. It can generate multiple small salvos against Ukraine limited by low number of available VLS tubes and launchers, inaccurate CEPs, insufficient ISR for target development/BDA. Add in Ukrainian SAMs. 2/4

Russian PGM strikes condemned, no targeting advice given
Today’s Russian PGM strikes on Ukraine are as clumsy as they are cruel. I’ll not be providing critique on their planning errors or anything that can help improve their targeting strategy. 1/4

Russia strikes random civilian targets including playgrounds in Ukraine
What makes it even harder: RU is not aiming at "critical infrastructure" or "military targets," (which, in an area like Ukraine would require literally hundreds of ADA systems), RU is striking random civilian targets – to include playgrounds! – all over the country. 11/

Russia’s bridge strike constrains resupply, forces alternative routes
RU is now constrained in using the bridge for transport & resupply, and now must use either ship transport to Berydansk or the M4 road from Rostov. Informationally the RU's – & RU's in Crimea – know about the strike. They can't understand how this "defended" asset was hit. 3/

Putin’s one-trick pony response to Crimea attack fails strategically
And Putin is – what's the psychiatric term? – pissed! Reacting w/ missiles/drones costing millions against civilian targets w/ no affect on UKR military capability shows remains a one-trick pony: commit war crimes w/o attaining any strategic objective.4/ https://

Kerch Bridge strike affects Russian logistics and morale
As I said in a weekend tweet, the operational strike on the Kerch Bridge resulted in strategic implications. -Militarily, it affects RU's belief they have a secure line of communication for logistics in a safe area.
-It also negatively affects RU ability to move forces. 2/ -
Putin responded with 84+ missiles and drones on civilian targets
After the strike on the Kerch Bridge, it was expected Putin would respond. He did so by launching 84+ missiles & dozens of drones against Ukrainian civilian targets (an initial assessment) and making more threatening speeches. A on that & thoughts on air defense. 1/
