The atmosphere in Kyiv underground reminded us a lot of Feb 24. Hundreds of people, entire families with children & animals went to the nearest stations to have shelter from bombs. Unlike in February, today Ukrainians were much stronger.

Ukraine’s commander-in-chief Valeryii Zaluzhnyi shows a map of today’s Russia attacks. It’s pretty much all of Ukraine. Putin wants Ukrainians to live in fear. The irony is, he’s waging this war out of own fear for personal safety in the country he’s been ruling for two decades.

Their PGM use theory is well developed. Their force cannot support it. It can generate multiple small salvos against Ukraine limited by low number of available VLS tubes and launchers, inaccurate CEPs, insufficient ISR for target development/BDA. Add in Ukrainian SAMs. 2/4

What makes it even harder: RU is not aiming at "critical infrastructure" or "military targets," (which, in an area like Ukraine would require literally hundreds of ADA systems), RU is striking random civilian targets – to include playgrounds! – all over the country. 11/
RU is now constrained in using the bridge for transport & resupply, and now must use either ship transport to Berydansk or the M4 road from Rostov. Informationally the RU's – & RU's in Crimea – know about the strike. They can't understand how this "defended" asset was hit. 3/
