Explosion near military center in Berdychiv: two arrested



Law enforcement officers detained two individuals who placed and detonated homemade explosives near the Territorial Recruitment Center in Berdychiv, Zhytomyr region, the SBU and the National Police reported. The explosion occurred in the afternoon of December 24. No one was injured.
