Under the overall coordination of the Central Legal Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in-depth study of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) norms has been organized for military personnel assigned to combat duty tasks.
The car of Vasyl Nechet, the head of the Berdiansk occupation council, was reportedly blown up, as reported by the Berdiansk Segodnya newspaper and Petro Andriushchenko, advisor to the mayor of Mariupol. Nechet was injured.
