45 killed in Kyiv after Russian strikes
The death toll has risen to 45 in Kyiv. At 8:47 a.m., up to 1,000 rescuers and police are working at dozens of locations. At least four civilians have been rescued from under the rubble. In addition to the eight confirmed dead, bodies have also been found in the rubble.
