Russia finds new ways of terror. Russians have reportedly mined one of the largest power facilities – the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, its dam, and units. Destroying the facility may flood 80 towns, including Kherson, and will leave the Zaporizhzhia NPP without water for cooling.
