About 25% of Ukrainian refugees surveyed in the European Union have no plans to return home in the long term, according to a survey conducted by the Munich-based @ifo_Institut

The minister explained that the partners are trying to understand why Ukraine does not mobilize people under the age of 25. The Ukrainian authorities explain to them that it was a condition of the Verkhovna Rada.

Defense Minister Rustem Umerov confirmed that allies occasionally discuss why Ukraine does not mobilize citizens starting at age 18. However, he stated at a briefing—reported by Radio Liberty—that there has been no pressure to lower the mobilization age.

He says that no one has had open discussions with Ukraine about such proposals. However, Zelenskyy calls for openly "putting it on the table, not through some third party."
