Russian drone attack injures four in Sumy
On October 6, Russian troops attacked civilian infrastructure in the city of Sumy with a drone, the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office reported. Four people were injured in the attack. Additionally, nine detached houses, two apartment buildings, and three cars were damaged.

On October 6, the Ukrainian military eliminated 1,160 Russian occupiers, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition, 14 tanks, 31 armored fighting vehicles, 64 artillery systems, 7 MLRS, 2 air defense systems, 65 UAVs, 2 cruise missiles, and 96 vehicles were destroyed.
