The moment of the shooting down of the Russian Shahed kamikaze drone from a ZU-23-2 tonight.

On July 4, 2025, a vehicle carrying three Russian invaders — UAV operators from the so-called Bars-Sarmat special-purpose drone unit of the Russian occupation forces — exploded near Kherson.
NBC News: "Suspending the shipment of military aid to Ukraine was a unilateral step by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, according to three congressional aides and a former U.S. official familiar with the matter."
Update: Zelensky, Trump discuss air defense, joint drone production amid Russian strikes. "Today we discussed the situation: Russian air strikes and, more broadly, the situation on the front lines," President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

Several Shahed UAVs shot down in Kyiv today were equipped with suspended cameras, CRPA antennas, and most notably, a radio modem, according to radio technology experts. The presence of these drones in Kyiv suggests there is likely a nearby Russian radio relay station.
