In the past six months, servicemen have submitted 100,000 transfer requests through the Army+ app. 32,000 personnel have already been reassigned or are preparing for transfer.

BREAKING: Ukraine, Russia begin biggest POW swap since start of Russian invasion in 2014. Ukraine and Russia, on May 23, began the largest exchange of prisoners of war (POWs) since the start of Russian aggression in 2014.
Zelensky has confirmed today’s large POW swap with Russia, and that it will continue on Saturday and Sunday. As reported, 390 Ukrainians returned home, in exchange for 390 Russians. Photos via Zelensky’s Telegram channel.

Ukraine and Russia exchanged 390 prisoners of war each today, marking their largest swap and the first of three planned over the coming days. The sides had agreed last week to exchange 1,000 prisoners each.
