Defenders of Ukraine’s 71st Brigade halted a Russian assault in the Vovchansk direction. The enemy attempted to break through using armored vehicles, but one paratrooper disabled an MT-LB with a single-use grenade launcher. The surviving Russians dismounted and attacked.
