Pilot Dmitry Golenkov linked to Dnipro attack, other crimes by GUR
The pilot in question, Dmitry Golenkov, was part of the 52nd Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment, according to GUR, and was responsible for an attack on a residential building in Dnipro in 2023, which killed 46 Ukrainian civilians including 6 children, amongst other crimes.
