Ukraine Imposes Card-to-Card Transfer Limits from October 1
Ukraine has imposed limits on card-to-card money transfers. Effective October 1, 2024, restrictions on person-to-person (P2P) transfers have come into force. According to a National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) decision, a limit of 150,000 [currency not specified in original text, assuming UAH] has been set for the total amount of such transfers for a period of six months.

Ukraine’s NATO accession simpler than new deal
For Ukraine, Article 5 could be much quicker and more practical than a specially written agreement. Since Ukraine is already close to NATO and effectively using its equipment, it would actually be simpler to bring them into the alliance than to create something entirely new in parallel.
