Russia: SEAD absence in offensive, possible reasons

What do we observe? That the Russians launched themselves without engaging in a SEAD (Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses) sequence. Several possible explanations: a desire to quickly overwhelm the adversary, or to not give them time to resupply and reorganize.
