Russia attempted to strike a Kharkiv TV tower, but failed. The reason why Kremlin has been hitting TV towers across country is obvious: it wants to cut Ukrainians off real facts and feed them with propaganda, make them believe Kyiv has surrendered and there’s no need to fight.
