In Chernihiv, Russian shelling killed 47 people, including 38 men and 9 women. This is a scorched-earth policy that the Russians are using—they kill civilians, encircle cities. The Kremlin must be stopped immediately. A no-fly zone is needed to halt Russian aviation.
