The Russian Federation violated the ceasefire at 11:45 AM to evacuate civilians and launched a heavy artillery attack on Volnovakha. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk.
