Due to Russian aggression, around 130,000 Ukrainians lack access to gas and heating, while nearly 1,000 settlements are without electricity. The situation is most severe in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions, according to the Ministry of Energy.
