Mariupol will attempt another evacuation of its residents to Zaporizhzhia today at noon, following a ceasefire agreed between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. The eastern Ukrainian city has been under heavy bombardment for days. A planned evacuation yesterday had to be abandoned after the ceasefire was violated.
