In the Luhansk region, fighting with Russian occupiers continues in Rubizhne; Sievierodonetsk was shelled with Grad rockets, resulting in deaths and injuries. Houses were destroyed and multi-story buildings were damaged, said Serhiy Haidai, head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.
