The main administration of the State Emergency Service in Donetsk Oblast has been destroyed. The only place where civilians gathered to call home and report on the situation was cynically shelled with Grad missiles. Fifteen minutes later, another attack occurred. As of today, at least 36 civilians have been killed and many more injured.
