Lukashenka is in Moscow, meeting Putin. The last time they met was to watch the launching of missiles just before the war. Lukashenka said Kyiv would be taken in 3 days & Belarusian troops would help . The situation has changed. Lukashenka needs money to keep loyalists loyal.
