Russian invaders have occupied about 70% of Luhansk Oblast, shelling Ukrainian-controlled territory, setting up Russian propaganda TV, and repressing protesting civilians — admin head Serhiy Haidai. Before the full-scale invasion, Russia controlled roughly 33% of the oblast.
