Allegedly, Lukashenka & Putin held talks on circumventing sanctions yesterday in Moscow. Belarus will now become a big loophole for Russia. It’s important to impose sanctions against the regime in Minsk, similar to those in & SWIFT ban on state banks. Time for strong steps.
