Russia shells a public pool in Mariupol where civilians were sheltering, with children and pregnant women reportedly strapped beneath the rubble. The attack hit the Neptune swimming pool, according to Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko. The number of victims is unknown.
