Since February 2022, 100,000 Ukrainians have been sent to Russia. 90% of them were forcibly deported in early February from the so-called L/DNR regions. Russian Resolution No. 349 allocated quotas for Ukrainians' placement, primarily in remote and impoverished Russian regions, according to the Zmina Human Rights Center.
