The Russian troops abducted the First Deputy Mayor of Enerhodar, Ivan Samoidiuk, the acting mayor Dmytro Orlov said. Enerhodar is the satellite town of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant; both the town and the NPP are currently under Russian occupation.
