Russia has proven it used Belarusian territory to launch attacks on Ukraine. The Defense Ministry released a video showing a drone loaded with ammunition taking off from an airfield in Gomel. Lukashenka is Putin's accomplice in the war against Ukraine. Both are wanted by the Hague.
