Chemical plant in Sumy (Khimprom) was damaged by Russian shelling. An ammonia leak is reported. According to local officials (https://t.me/Zhyvytskyy/1300) village Novoselytsya is downstream of the leak at the moment. Sumy is not. Emergency crews are working.
