Azov: 'bombs falling every 10 minutes' in Mariupol.  Azov regiment Captain Svyatoslav Palamar told CNN that the besieged port city continues to suffer heavy bombardment. On March 21, Ukraine rejected the Russian deadline for Mariupol authorities to surrender.
